Our regular/maintenance cleans are best described as a once over everything exterior! These types of cleans are perfect for relatively clean homes that just need some maintenance! A regular clean includes cleaning of all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, common rooms, dining rooms, and any other interior rooms of your home. Our deep cleans are a full interior scrub of your home. If signing up for on-going services, we recommend getting a deep clean first followed by on-going maintenance cleans. Our move in/out cleans are deep cleans with the addition of inside the kitchen cabinets, inside the fridge, and inside the oven. These cleans are perfect for people moving out of their home, putting it on the market, moving in to your home, and anyone who wants to get every interior inch of your home cleaned. We work with over a dozen AIRBNB and short-term rental properties in the Charlotte area. These turnovers are great for any AIRBNB/VRBO host or anybody that owns rental properties and has new guests coming in. These cleans include laundry, changing linens, re-stocking products and anything else that needs to be done in the turnover. All plans are custom to each property.
